Fix works for me. This is exactly how projects should be managed, and driven by user feedback. Thank you for the great product!

Scrolling is still slow on v1.9.8 for large chat histories.

Scrolling very slow even on v1.9.7. This should be prioritized. Such a pain.

It's still really slow on v1.9.7 when rendering chat histories of more than about 3 messages. It's especially problematic when the responses contain markdown formatting. It doesn't matter which LLM you're using -- I've seen the same lag from GPT-4, GPT-3.5, Gemini, Claude, and others.

With high Context windows this can cause my entire app to crash. I seem to be stuck in a loop of this now

It's really laggy while streaming. Most of the time the streams sink below input box and not automatically scroll up. It's very very good app though. It would be 1000% perfect if the scoll is smooth like on Safari.

What I found is, when I put mouse pointer on scroll bar on the right part of the content, it's buttery smooth. But if the mouse pointer is on the content area, the scrolling is much laggy. I think the problem is the little popup (options, delete, edit, copy) on bottom-right of every chat.

I have latest version 1.8.22 (62) and scroll still buggy, especially when streaming. M3 Max (16 cores), 128 RAM…
