New Sidebar: Menu Context Items (right click)

In the sidebar are two context menus (right-click menus), one for folders and one for conversations.
I would recommend creating a third one for right-clicks on the empty space in the sidebar and adapting them to an equal state of options:
- Add/Remove Favorite (for conversations)
- Rename (for folders and conversations)
- Regenerate title (for conversations)
- (Separator)
- Delete Folder/Conversation (for folders and conversations)
- (Separator)
- New Folder (for empty space, folder, and conversation)
- New Conversation (for empty space, folder, and conversation)
