Improve Add Prompt Template UI

When trying to add a custom prompt in Mindmac, the 'Add Prompt Template' floating window (see screenshot attached) goes all the way to the bottom of the screen automatically. And to access the buttons at the bottom, we need to drag the app to the top of the screen. This gets a bit tiring after awhile.

Also when trying to add Prompt/Occupations, if I switched to other app then back to MindMac, it will be dissapeared and has to rewrite. I think it should still be there.
