This is probably one of the most annoying things in this app. When I'm using the chat I often just want to start a new thread with the model I am using, but if i'm not using the global default, then everything changes to the default on a new chat. Then have to dig in menus and change all my settings back to where they were on my last chat. Maybe most people enjoy that experience, it would be nice to shut that behaviour off. Please add the ability to just keep the settings in chat that you are currently on the same when you start a new chat, a simple toggle, or a settings in preferences would be magic.
