I have a server that I run myself, so it would be nice to be able to track my "savings" as a separate total from my actual $ spend

We need this. I am also using personal server with excessive tokens usage. It will be helpful to track our savings on consumed tokens.

Maybe you just need to mention it as estimation according to current model pricing. If we change the model, it will also recalculate to have different value. With this we can know simply "what-if" scenario by only changing model on "API" tab.
