Remember which model used for the conversation

While using Open AI and Ollama and switching one another, the previous conversation also show current provider instead of which provider it was used for the creation.

@ibnbd Could you please confirm which profile you used for the previous conversation, the global profile or the conversation profile? If the global profile was used, it will maintain the current provider instead of switching back to the provider at creation time.
