Refresh/Update models for Ollama and Perplexity

Now we can refresh Ollama model list from version 1.8.13. Currently Perplexity doesn't provide model list API so we cannot fetch the update.

lu_chin2k I will add this option for Perplexity but not sure how it work with Ollama. Could you please share more about this case?

lu_chin2k Nevermind, we can call this API http://localhost:11434/api/tags to refresh Ollama model list.
