Add possibility to set default occupation in Global Settings.

Add possibility to set default occupation in Global Settings similar to how it's done for provider, model, context and other parameters.

Alternatively it may be useful to add the possibility to assign a shortcut for a specific occupation.

Agreed. This could work similar to ChatGPTs built in "default instructions" and "things you should know about me". Which are actually a little bit different from the concept of "occupation", but should serve the same purpose. Just need it to be global and default!

It would be great to have an option to choose various occupations per model. For example one occupation being applied by default to OpenAI GPT4 and completely another to Claude 3 (they behave differently, so why wouldn't the user want to apply different occupations, right?)
